SOAP Note Documentation

After evaluating countless electronic SOAP note programs on the market and being quite underwhelmed, I was approached by a software company in Florida that has been producing and selling software for chiropractors for the last 20 years.  They asked if I wanted to customize a SOAP note program they have and put my own twist on it.  After more than a year of working with it, it's finally here.  I call it "Dr. Gregg Friedman's Got Documentation SOAP Note Writing Software."  Pretty catchy, don't you think?  The problem with most of the electronic software products is that they assume that the chiropractor already knows how to document properly.  I hate to tell you, but most chiropractors don't really know how to document so their cases are bulletproof.  I've been teaching this stuff, and using it, for years.  It works.
